Also Available: Google Reviews

Google Business Profile reviews are covered under the Local SEO section via get-gbp-reviews. For full multi-platform reputation monitoring, combine all three:

  • get-gbp-reviews - Google reviews (local/discovery)
  • get-trustpilot-reviews - Trustpilot (B2B, SaaS, services)
  • get-tripadvisor-reviews - Tripadvisor (hospitality, travel, restaurants)

Reputation Audit Workflow

  1. Run get-trustpilot-search with the brand name to confirm the listing exists and grab the profile domain.
  2. Pull get-trustpilot-reviews and get-gbp-reviews together for a unified view of recent feedback.
  3. For hospitality clients, add get-tripadvisor-search and get-tripadvisor-reviews to cover the travel audience.
  4. Look for recurring themes in negative reviews - they're a roadmap for both product fixes and review-response copy.
