Review Opportunities

Start with the evidence

transformSEO keeps each opportunity close to the evidence that produced it. There is no catch-all campaign builder to learn. Review the source, decide whether it is useful, and preserve the items that deserve work.

Where opportunities live

OpportunityWhere to review itWhat you can do
EngagementMentions > OpportunitiesReview a qualified public conversation, prepare a grounded draft, open the source, then mark it engaged or not relevant.
BacklinkExplore > Backlinks > Link gapsCompare your domain with competitors, inspect source and freshness, then pin a credible link opportunity to a Workspace.
PRMentions > PR opportunitiesPreserve a useful angle from current mention or news evidence, move it through review, and record the result.

Keep PR review concise

  • Inbox means the evidence needs a decision.
  • Ready means it is worth carrying into active work.
  • Done means you completed or handed off the work.
  • Dismissed means it is not useful now.

Add an outcome note, Workspace link, or external URL when it helps you remember what happened. The source identity stays with the opportunity so reviewed evidence does not return as something new.

What transformSEO does not do

transformSEO does not own contacts, deals, journalist lists, sequences, bulk email, or public posting. It gives you evidence and a review loop. Your CRM, PR tool, email platform, or source network remains the place where relationships and delivery happen.
