1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using transformSEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

transformSEO provides SEO analysis tools delivered via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service includes keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, on-page audits, and other SEO tools accessible through AI assistants and our web interface.

3. Accounts & Teams

You must create an account to use the Service. Each account belongs to one or more teams. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. You must not share API tokens publicly or with unauthorized parties.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers subscription plans with different feature limits and credit allowances. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal - access continues until the end of your billing period.

Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. API Credits & Usage

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when you use MCP tools. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. If you exceed your credit limit, tool access will be restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or access controls
Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service beyond normal tool usage

7. Data & Third-Party Services

SEO data is provided by third-party APIs including DataForSEO. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. You use SEO metrics and recommendations at your own discretion.

If you connect Google accounts, you authorize us to access Search Console and Analytics data on your behalf. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, transformSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
